About

Amphora Terminal is a Dubai-based special purpose vehicle established to develop a proposed independent petroleum storage terminal in the Fujairah Oil Industrial Zone, United Arab Emirates.

Overview

The company has been structured to hold a controlling ownership interest in the proposed Fujairah operating entity that will construct, own, and operate the terminal upon completion. The project is currently in the development and capital formation stage. Amphora Terminal has been designed as a dedicated infrastructure platform focused exclusively on third-party storage services and long-term asset management.

The Proposed Project

The project contemplates the development of approximately 600,000 cubic meters (m³) of aboveground petroleum storage capacity within the Fujairah Oil Industrial Zone. The facility is being designed in accordance with industrial standards applicable to large-scale storage infrastructure.
